Harley Street Reconstruction – 2022

ICS was the low bid on the job to reconstruct approximately 280 meters of street including new sanitary sewer, watermain, fire hydrants, lot servicing, road sub base and asphalt. The street included a unique traffic design know as a “chicane.” The idea of a chicane is to calm traffic passing through what should be a quiet residential street. The work was started in the spring of 2022 and completed in the spring of 2023.
