In the spring of 2023 Island Coastal began work to install a large concrete structure under Route 2 in Scotchfort, PE. The structure was put in place as a part of an active transportation trail and served as a way for the community to connect to the Hillsborough River. Also included in the work was over 900 meters of new road construction, multiple concrete splitter islands, new storm sewer piping, and landscaping.
