At the Nordic Spa in St. Peters Bay, Island Coastal was contracted to complete the civil work including all cut and fill of site material, site services, excavation and backfill for foundations, gravel parking area, and for the removal and installation of existing and new septic systems, respectively. The Nordic Spa is the first of its kind on PEI and we were proud to be apart of the work.
